Pau Hana Counseling

Individual, Couples, Group, and Family Therapy Services

Changes in response to COVID-19

Beginning on June 1st, 2020, Pau Hana Counseling will begin seeing clients in person again on a limited basis. We will adhere to and follow federal and state mandated guidelines for reopening the office. There are several safety measures in place that all clients who wish to be seen in person will have to follow. Please ask your therapist regarding these procedures if you are interested in coming back to in-person sessions. All of our therapists will continue seeing clients virtually, via Telehealth technologies. We are using the Telehealth by Simple Practice technology, as well Zoom technologies, to continue providing treatment to our clients during this difficult time. The Telehealth and Zoom apps are very easy to use, all that is required is a computer or cell phone with video capabilities, and an internet connection. Nearly all insurance companies are currently providing coverage for Telehealth, so your payment rate for our services will not be affected at all. Please contact your therapist regarding questions about using this technology or insurance coverage. All of our therapists are currently still taking on new clients via Telehealth and in person at the present time. We would love to help give you support during these trying times and send love and care to every person affected by this virus. We encourage everyone to stay safe.
