As a clinician working for Pau Hana Counseling, you will have the flexibility to create your own work schedule and the number of clients in your caseload, as well as your areas of focus with clientele. We will provide you with a beautiful, comfortable, and secure office space, as well as access to an electronic health record and reliable electronic platforms that you can easily use for Telehealth sessions. We employ proficient and skillful office administration staff to help support our clinicians and keep their paperwork very minimal so that they can focus on providing counseling and helping clients. 

We offer group supervision and trainings provided by the accomplished clinicians working for Pau Hana Counseling. You will have the opportunity to connect with other clinicians on the team who are also working in private practice and consult with them and receive support. Pau Hana Counseling has a unique business structure and is dedicated to establishing the happiness of clients, clinicians, and office staff.

Currently, we are particularly interesting in hiring clinicians who specialize in administering the following types of therapy: AEDP therapy, ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy, Biofeedback, Brainspotting, Dance/Movement therapy, EMDR, Forensic Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Music Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. We are also currently in need of therapists who specialize in working with the autism spectrum, eating disorders, or mental health disorders including bipolar and schizophrenia. We are always in need of clinicians, licensed psychologists in particular, who can do psychological testing or work with court ordered clients.
